How to complain

What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
- We will investigate and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.
- If we need more time, we will keep you informed.

If your complaint relates to how we handled your personal data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. For tax-agent matters, you may also raise concerns with HMRC.
