14-day cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of our services within 14 days without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at Zeeshan@teachertax.site before the period ends.
Digital downloads (DIY Guide)
For instant digital products such as our DIY Guide, you agree that we begin supply immediately and that you lose the right to cancel once the download has started. We ask you to confirm this at checkout.
Services that have started
If you ask us to begin work within the 14-day period and later cancel, we may charge for work already carried out on a fair, proportionate basis.
Money-back guarantee
Our Managed Claim Service and 4-Year Backdated Review are provided on a money-back basis: if HMRC confirms that no rebate is due on the claim we prepare, we will refund the fee you paid for that service.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.
